This petition has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved by order dated 02.12.2016 by which petitioners' application for engaging lawyer at the initial stage of proceeding under Section 52 of the Indian Forest Act was rejected. It is inform to the Court that now those proceeding are over and the petitioners have already filed appeal. Therefore, in these circumstances, no useful purpose would be served in issuing any direction.
