1. After arguing for considerable time, learned counsel for applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Bail application. However, he prays that looking to that applicant is in jail since 07.03.2021, a direction be issued to learned trial Court to conclude the trial at the earliest.

2. In view of above submission made by learned counsel for applicant, application is dismissed as withdrawn. Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
