Agrawal Order On Board 10/12/2020 (1) This petition has been directed against the respondent No. 4, who is Station House Officer of Police Station, Bhatgaon, for taking departmental action against him for the alleged misconduct committed against the petitioner and her husband. (2) Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit Superintendent of Police, Surajpur, District Surajpur be directed to initiate departmental action against the

petitioner for his alleged misconduct committed against the petitioner and her husband.

(3) Per contra, counsel for respondent No. 4, while opposing the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, would submit that no action is warranted against the respondent No. 4.

(4) Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make fresh representation to the Superintendent of Police, Surajpur for redressal of her grievances, who will consider and dispose of the representation in accordance with law. (5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. (6) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on merits of the case and the Superintendent of Police, Surajpur would be at liberty to decide the representation in accordance with law.
