1. This appeal by the accused/appellant under Section 14(A) (2) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 against the order dated 24.08.2020 passed by the Special Judge (Atrocities) Act, Bemetara, District Bemetara (C.G.) in Special Sessions Case (SC/ST, Act) No. 02/2020, refusing to allow his regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. The appellant is in jail since 21.06.2020 in connection with Crime No. 287/2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 376 & 376 A, B of IPC; Sections 5(m), 6 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Sections 3 (1) (w) (ii) & 3 (2) (v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, registered at Police Station- Police Station, Bemetara, District Bemetara (C.G.).

2. Learned counsel for the appellant seeks to withdraw this appeal with liberty to file appropriate application before the appropriate bench.

3. Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
