1. The applicant has preferred this first bail application under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. as he is in jail since 8-2-2020 in connection with Crime No. 79 of 2020 registered in Police Station- Kurud, District Dhamtari (CG) for offence punishable under Sections 366 and 376 of IPC.

2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the instant bail petition is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
