1. Heard.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners were working as Data Entry Operators under the MGNREGA. He would further submit that for appointment on the contract basis by the Zila Panchayat & Janpad Panchayat they should be given the preference for holding experience

in the job which is required under MGNREGA. He therefore, submits that the petitioners may be given the liberty to pursue their representation Annexure P-8 by representation.

3. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioners, it is directed that the petitioners shall be at liberty to pursue their representation (Annexure P-8) before the appropriate authority, in case such occasion so arises for appointment. It is made clear that this Court has not made any observation as to the right of the petitioners with respect to the employment.
