Agrawal Order On Board 31/08/2018 (1) This writ petition is directed against the order dated 07.06.2018 passed by Registrar, Firms & Societies, Raipur dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner. (2) I have heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the objection raised on behalf of the respondent/caveator about the alternative remedy. (3) The order passed by the Registrar, Firms & Societies, Raipur is appealable before

the State Government under Section 40(1)(b) of the Madhya Pradesh/Chhattisgarh Society Registrikaran Adhiniyam, 1973.

(4) In view of above, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India.

(5) The writ petition fails and is hereby dismissed. However, if the appeal is preferred by the petitioner before the State Government within a period of 15 days from today, the appellate authority would do well to consider and decide the same by reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within a period of 30 days from the receipt thereof after hearing the affected parties.
