Sam Koshy Order On Board 10.07.2018 The limited grievance which the petitioner has sought for is a direction to the respondents for passing of a suitable order on the departmental enquiry initiated against him and which according to the petitioner has been concluded except for passing of a final order.

Taking into consideration the limited grievance of the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.3 to ensure that the disciplinary proceeding against the petitioner is concluded at the earliest by passing a suitable final order. In case the petitioner stands exonerated from the charges levelled against him, the authority concerned would also consider the case of the petitioner for grant of consequential reliefs.
