1. This case was earlier referred to Lok Adalat. But the matter could not be settled, therefore, it is listed for hearing before the Court.
2. The petitioner, by this petition is challenging transfer order passed 01.02.2013. This Court passed an interim order staying the operation of transfer order on 06.02.2013 which is still continuing.
3. Learned State counsel submits that after four years, the
respondents may be granted liberty to pass fresh order as may be considered necessary in the exigency of service.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not oppose.
5. The transfer order which has remained in abeyance because of the interim order shall no longer be given effect to. The respondents, however, at liberty to pass fresh order as may be necessary in the administrative exigency in service.
6. The petition is accordingly disposed off.
