1. The petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking for a direction to respondent No.2 to decide his pending representations dated 15.06.2016 & 14.07.2017 in view of circular dated 30.08.2010 issued by the State Government and to transfer him near his birth place or home town.

2. The petitioner is working as Trainee Officer and posted at Govt. Industrial Training Institute, Sukma, District Sukma.

3. Counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be

permitted to file fresh representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievances and direction may be issued to the said authority to decide such representation within stipulated time.

4. I have heard counsel for the petitioner.

5. Looking to these facts and circumstances of the case and submission made by the counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed off with this direction that the petitioner may file fresh representation before respondent No.2 for redressal of his grievances within 10 days from today. In case the petitioner files such representation before respondent No.2 then respondent No.2 shall decide such representation expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of such representation, according to law and procedure.

6. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
