1. The applicants have preferred this application for grant of anticipatory bail, as they apprehend their arrest in connection with Crime No.707/2004, registered at Police Station Korba (Police Chowki Urga) Civil and Revenue District Korba C.G. for offences punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376, 109, 506, 34 of the IPC.

2. In view of the order passed by the Division Bench of this

MCRCA No. 1333 of 2020 Court in MCRCA No.234/2020, the present anticipatory bail application filed directly before the High Court is not maintainable as I have not found any exceptional, rare or unusual reason to entertain this application.

3. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable reserving liberty in favour of the applicants to move before the Sessions Court.
