Hon'ble Shri Justice Gautam Chourdiya Order on Board 26/10/2021 1) The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 439 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 as he is in jail since 20/04/2021 in connection with Crime No. 137/2021 registered at Police Station Tamnar, Distrct Raigarh (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 149 & 302 of Indian Penal Code.

2) The present application has been listed for orders on default and despite several opportunities being granted on 13/09/2021, 24/09/2021 and 20/10/2021, learned counsel for the applicants has not yet removed the defaults pointed out by the office. In these circumstances the present bail application is dismissed for non compliance of the orders of this Court for removal of the defaults.
