(1) This is an application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with crime No.161/2015, registered at Police Station Dabhra, Civil & Revene District Janjgir-Champa, for the offence punishable under Section 34(2) of the Chhattisgarh Excise Act. (2) Counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file the same after conclusion of the earlier criminal case relating to excise offence.

(3) Liberty is granted, as prayed for.

(4) Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid.
