finalize the case of the petitioners, expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.
(4) In view of above, the Collector (Land Acquisition Branch), Surajpur is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. (5) With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
