Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the similar like nature of the petition i.e. WPC No.1967 of 2019, the coordinate Bench of this Court on 17.06.2019 has passed the order.

Learned State counsel do not oppose the same. 3.
It is contended that though the land of the petitioner was acquired and compensation was paid, but the rehabilitation grant on the basis of the notification dated 04.01.2017 which was published in an extraordinary gazette of Chhattisgarh has not been given. It is further contended that the petitioner has made necessary representation to the concerned authorities, therefore, the authorities may be directed to decide the representation.

Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioner, it is directed that Collector may decide the representation of the petitioner which is pending within a period of three months. It is further made clear that this Court has not made any observation on merit of this case and the representation may be decided as per the existing law which hold the field as on today by way of any notification or statute.
