This writ appeal has been preferred against an order passed in a criminal writ by the learned Single Judge which is the subject matter of appeal. Keeping in mind the law laid down in a very recent decision in Ram Kishan Fauji v. State of

Haryana and Others reported in (2017) 5 SCC 553, this appeal against the said order of the learned Single Judge is not maintainable. 2.
