1. The petitioners moved this Court with the following prayers: "10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ thereby quashing the entire order dated 03.07.2020, issued by the Chhattisgarh State School Education Department, Raipur (Annexure P/2).
10.2 That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to issue an appropriate writ thereby quashing the advertisements issued by different District Level School Management Committee, Utkrishta Vidyalaya English Medium School in furtherance of the impugned order, dated 03.07.2020.
10.3 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in favour of the petitioners may kindly be passed."
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the matter.
3. Permission is granted.
4. Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
