1. Heard.

2. The trial Court has allowed the application for temporary injunction, which has been set aside in appeal by the First Appellate Court. Against which, this writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed.

3. Despite service of notice, no one has appeared on behalf of respondents No.1 to 4.

4. After hearing learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, I deem it

appropriate to direct the trial Court to conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Interim relief granted on 28.3.2016 shall be in force only for a period of three months. Parties are directed to cooperate in the trial.

5. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
