This is an application filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of anticipatory bail to the applicant, who is apprehending her arrest in connection with Crime No.396/2020 registered at Police Station City Kotwali, Jagdalpur for the offence punishable under Sections 420 & 120B of the IPC. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the bail application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail before the concerned Sessions Court.

MCRCA No. 1378 of 2020 The bail application is dismissed, as withdrawn with liberty to the applicant that if she surrenders within 15 days and applies for regular bail, the same shall be considered and decided by the concerned Sessions Court on the same day.
