Seema Gharde v. State Of Chhattisgarh And ANR.
HIGH COURT OF CHHATTISGARH, BILASPUR Order Sheet WPS No. 16 of 2014 Seema Gharde Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Anr. 30/07/2018 None for the petitioner.
Shri Ashutosh Pandey, Pandey, PL for the State. Shri BD Guru, Advocate for the respondent No.2. None appears for the petitioner even in second round. Record shows that challenge in the petition was to the recruitment process of the State Civil Services Examination conducted in the year, 2011. There was no interim relief granted to the petitioner. Counsel for the respondent No.2 submits that entire selection process have been concluded and all the selected candidates have already been granted appointment.
In view of the same, this court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. Further, it appears that none of the selected candidates have been made party in the petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed reserving liberty of the petitioner to challenge any subsequent development by way of duly constituted fresh petition.
