1. When the matter is called for hearing, none present for the applicants. No representation is made.

2. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.271/2014 (Criminal Case No.11957/2014 pending in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class, Bilaspur), registered at Police Station Tarbahar, Bilaspur, Distt. Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 420, 466, 467, 468, 470, 471, 403 and 411 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

3. This is the second bail application filed on behalf of the applicants for grant of regular bail. First bail application has been dismissed on merits by this Court vide order dated 17-3-2015 passed in M.Cr.C.No.986/2015.

4. Considering the fact that first bail application of the applicants has been rejected on merits and three witnesses have already been examined, I do not find any good ground to entertain the second bail application of the applicants.
