1. Counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicant No.1 has been already arrested and she has been granted bail by the lower Court itself.

2. Since, Applicant No.1 has been already arrested, therefore, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as having become infructuous with regard to Applicant No.1.

3. Learned counsel further submits that he doesn't want to press this anticipatory bail application with regard to Applicant No.2 & 3.

4. Prayer is allowed.

5. Accordingly, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not pressed with regard to Applicant No.2 & 3.
