This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 274/2014, registered at Police Station Dongargarh, District Rajnandgaon, for the offence punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C, 489D of Indian Penal Code. 2.
After hearing learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of offence; seizure of 20 fake currency notes of Rs. 20,000/- denomination from the present applicant, this Court is not inclined to release the applicant on regular bail. 3.
Accordingly, bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
