Petitioners' writ petition bearing WPS No.1903 of 2015 was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 14-5-2015 in terms of the order passed in WPS No.6698 of 2014 and the respondents were directed to decide the petitioners' case in terms of the said order.

The document Annexure - R/1 submitted by the contemnors would indicate that the petitioners' case has been favourably considered and necessary orders have been passed vide Annexure - R/3.

It is argued by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that despite the order Annexure - R/3, actual payment or fixation have not been made, therefore, the contempt still continues.

In the considered opinion of this Court, the respondents have complied with the order passed by this Court by passing the order Annexure - R/3, therefore, nothing survives for taking any further action in the matter.
