2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the order delivered today in W.P.(C) No. 2953 of 2017 issues raised in this writ petition may be left open. It will be open to the petitioner in this writ petition to enjoy the benefits of the order delivered in W.P.(C) No. 2953 of 2017 as regards use of chlorine free flex. Writ petition is ordered accordingly.
