Heard Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since the order has been passed under the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972, the petitioner may be given liberty to withdraw this petition to challenge the order dated 10.08.2020 (Annexure P-1) before the appropriate authority. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.

Certified copy of Annexure P-1 be returned to the petitioner after retaining the photocopy of the same.
