1. The aforesaid MCRCs are being disposed of by this common order as they arise out of Crime No.22/2020, registered in Police Station Aarakshi Kendra Parpa, District Bastar, for offence under Sections 376 (D), 341 & 506/34 of

MCRC No. 6711 of 2021 & MCRC No. 6716 of 2021 the IPC.

2. These are the 2nd bail applications on behalf of the applicants. Their earlier bail applications have been dismissed with liberty to revive the prayer after examination of the prosecutrix and now she has been examined.

3. The present applicants along with 3 other accused persons have committed gang rape with the prosecutrix.

4. Having seen the material including the deposition, I am not inclined to take a different view of the matter.
