Learned counsel for the petitioners at the very out-set submits that the above petition may be disposed of with a direction that Central Co-operative Bank, Raipur may consider the candidature of the petitioners as voter of the society as the issue involves the election of Central Co-operative Bank, Raipur.

Learned counsel for the respondents do not dispute the same. 3.
Considering the limited prayer made, it is directed that Central Cooperative Bank, Raipur shall decide the candidature of the petitioners as voter in the election of Central Co-operative Bank, Raipur and may take decision in accordance with law within further period of four weeks.
