1. The present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of Arbitration Appeal No. 26 of 2020, which got dismissed on account of a peremptory order dated 18.05.2020 passed by this Court.

2. For the reasons mentioned in the application and finding them to be satisfactory, the present MCC stands allowed and the Arbitration Appeal stands restored to its original number, subject to the applicants removing the default in the original appeal within a period of seven days from the date of receipt of copy of this Order, failing which the order passed in the present MCC would lose its efficacy.
