(2) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.424/2014 registered at Police Station Basana, District Mahasamund (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 323, 353, 332, 395, 342 of the I.P.C. (3) The applicants' first bail application was dismissed as not

pressed by order of this Court dated 14.05.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No.2201/2015.

(4) After hearing learned counsel for the applicants, I do not find any new good ground or any change in the circumstances of the case to entertain this second bail application, therefore, this second bail application is rejected.
