1. The applicant has filed the present application under Section 378(4) of the Cr.P.C. for grant of special leave to appeal assailing the impugned order dated 27.03.2021 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Manendragarh, District - Korea whereby he dismissed complaint for want of prosecution.

2. The issue requires consideration by this Court.

3. Accordingly, the present Cr.M.P. is allowed. The appeal filed by the applicant be registered as Acquittal Appeal and be listed before appropriate Bench having roster.
