Heard on application for grant of leave to appeal under Section 378(3) of CrPC.

On due consideration, leave is granted.

Let this CrMP be registered as regular Acquittal Appeal. On payment of process fee as per rules, issue notice to the respondent. Notice be made returnable within six weeks.
