Shri Ali Asgar, Advocate for respondent-Neeraj Khare. Present two appeals have been filed by the employer as well as by the claimant assailing the award dated 16.09.2013 passed by the Commissioner Employee's Compensation Act, Labour Court, Bilaspur, in Claim Case No.70/WCA/2010 (F) Claim.

Learned counsel appearing for either of the appellants submit that by efflux of time the appellants now do not intend to challenge the impugned order any further and accordingly the appeal may be disposed of.
