1. The accused/applicants have moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing them on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.52/2015 (Criminal Case No.397/2015 pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gariyaband), registered at Police Station Mainpur, Distt. Gariyaband, for the offence punishable under Sections 4, 6, 10 of the Chhattisgarh Agriculture Cattle Preservation Act, 2004 and 11 (t) of the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw this application with liberty to repeat after examination of material prosecution witnesses.
