Be that as it may, the petitioner would be at liberty to make representation before the Collector, Rajnandgaon for redressal of his grievance that shall be considered and decided by the said authority

expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. 3.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
