This is the fourth bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No. 329/2019, registered at Police Station - Kawardha, District - Kabirdham (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 376, 506, 120-B & 34 of the I.P.C.

Earlier bail application of the applicant MCRC No. 2753/2020 was dismissed on 22.06.2020 on merits.

On perusal of the application and after hearing the submission, there is no new ground made out for consideration of this fourth bail application, therefore, the bail application is liable to be dismissed.
