(1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.64/2014 registered at Police Station Farsabahar, District Jashpur (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 370 & 371, 34 of the I.P.C. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 22.12.2014 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 6791/2014..

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the nature and gravity of the offence and the statement of the prosecution witnesses, I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail. Therefore, the second bail application is rejected. Certified copy as per rules.
