2. The instant is the second bail application directly filed before this Court by the counsel for the Applicants for grant of anticipatory bail.

3. First bail application was dismissed vide order dated 07.08.2020 passed in MCRCA No.796/2020 with permission to file a regular bail application before the concerned Trial Court.

4. I do not found any new ground to allow the instant anticipatory bail application.

5. Accordingly, the instant anticipatory bail application is dismissed at motion stage itself.
