Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is working as Child Specialist (Pediatrician) and he is not being granted Selection Grade from 1.1.2010 and Senior Selection Grade from 1.1.2014, for which he made a representation to respondents No.2 and 3, but same has not been considered till this date.

Be that as it may, respondents No.2 and 3 are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for Selection Grade and Senior Selection Grade within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with additional representation, if any in accordance with law on its own merit

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
