Heard on the application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. This is first bail application before this Court filed by the applicant for grant of regular bail. The applicant has been arrested on 20-08-2015 in connection with Crime No.18/2014 registered at P.S. - Durg, District Durg, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 420, 467, 468, 34 of the IPC.

It is submitted on behalf of the applicant that the applicant has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in jail since 20-08-2015. No case is made out against this applicant according to the material present in the charge sheet filed against him. The co-accused person has been granted bail. Hence, it is prayed that the applicant may also be released on bail. 3.
Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant opposes the application. 4.
Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the case diary. 5.
The case against this applicant is this, that co-accused persons Abhishek, Suraj and others applied for the job of Lacturer Panchayat Class-I before the District Panchayat Durg attaching with the application mark sheets
-2of their qualification. On verification mark-sheets were found to be forged. After lodging of the FIR, during investigation, it was revealed in the memorandum statement of the co-accused persons that the applicant provided the forged mark sheets.

In the evidence collected against this applicant there is only memorandum statement of co-accused persons. Hence, after considering on all the facts and circumstances of the case, I feel inclined to grant regular bail to this applicant.

Consequently, this application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail is hereby allowed. It is directed that the applicant shall be released on bail on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one surety in the like sum to the satisfaction of the concerned Court, for his appearance as and when directed. 8.
