Only contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made a representation on 1/06/2019 vide Annexure P-14 to the State to grant him super time pay scale. It is stated that he is rendering his services to the State for last 20 years. It is contended that said representation is made on the basis of the circular of the State dated 8/08/2018 (Annexure P-10). 2.

Considering the prayer made, without any observation on the merit, it is directed that representation of the petitioner which is pending adjudication with respondent No.2, same may be decided within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of the order. 3.
