Instant petition is filed only with a prayer to direct respondent No.3 Tehsildar to decide the revenue case pending before him since 2014 as despite all the efforts he is not taking any measure to decide the same which is causing unnecessary delay.

Perusal of the order sheet filed in this petition would show that application for mutation and partition was filed before the Tehsildar which is pending since 2014 and on each and every occasion dates are being given and the order sheet also reflects no plausible reason for such long pendency. In view of this, it amounts to denial of the legal right which is vested to the petitioner to get the application adjudicated under the provisions of Land Revenue Code. Respondent No.3 Tehsildar therefore is

directed to decide the revenue case of the petitioner within a further period of 45 days from the date of production of this order. 3.
