It appears, the petitioner's complaint has been dealt with by the Municipal Corporation, Raigarh on 17.10.2017 for stoppage of construction, however, no further action has been taken on the subject issue, therefore, ends of justice would be served if the Writ Petition is disposed of with a direction to

respondent No.2 to make enquiry and pass orders on the petitioner's complaint after affording opportunity of hearing to both the parties and thereafter take necessary action for demolition of unauthorized construction in accordance with law.
