Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that the trial Court has already been held that the applicant is entitled for Rs.24,846/- and that finding has been upheld by the First Appellate Court, therefore, he may be permitted to make a representation before the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Ambikapur to claim that amount in the light of the judgment of the trial Court. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The applicant is permitted to make a representation before respondent No.2.

With the aforesaid liberty, the civil revision is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is reserved to the applicant to revive/recall the order when occasion so arises in future.
