(1) Instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner stating that order dated 10.07.2015 passed by Controlling Authority is not complied with whereas according to the State counsel the appeal is pending against the order of the Controlling Authority. (2) Be that as it may, at present this writ petition is closed with liberty to file fresh petition depending upon the order passed by the appellate authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act. (3) At this stage, counsel for the petitioner submits that appeal, which is pending against the order of Controlling Authority, be
directed to be decided expeditiously.
