(2) This is the first bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicant, who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.14/2015 registered at Police Station Taregaon, District Kabirdham, for the offence punishable under Sections 341 & 354A of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 11 & 12 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this bail application.
