Mr.Sumesh Bajaj, learned counsel appearing for the respondent relying upon the order of this court dated 13.10.2017 passed in WPC No.2655 of 2016, would submit that the present case is identical to that of WPC No.2655 of 2016 and final allotment letter will be issued to the petitioner within one year from today.
