1. The petitioners through the present writ petition seek for a direction to the respondents to take decision on the claim of the petitioners for placing their services as contingency paid employees.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that present petitioners are working with the respondents since 2016 & 2018 respectively. The petitioners meanwhile had moved an application before the respondents for considering their claim for placing them as contingency paid employee taking into consideration the past services of the petitioners rendered with the respondents.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners may be given liberty to make a detailed representation before the authorities concerned i.e. respondent No.3 which may be directed to be decided within a stipulated time.
4. Learned State counsel has no objection if the petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.3 for considering the representation of the petitioners.
5. Considering the limited prayer made by the petitioners, the petitioners are given liberty to make a representation before the respondent No.3 within a period of 3 weeks and if such representation is filed, the same shall be decided within a further period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the representation.
6. With the aforesaid observation, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
