1. Heard.

2. Mr. Vijay Kumar Sahu, learned counsel for the applicant submits that this is 6th bail application and the witnesses examined have not supported the case of prosecution. Learned counsel submits that there are as many as 16 enlisted witnesses out of which witness no. 9 was examined on 23.07.2021.

3. Earlier bail application filed by the applicant was dismissed on merits on 04.12.2018, fifth bail application was dismissed as withdrawn on 15.07.2021. In view of above, I do not find any change circumstances to consider this bail application, it is dismissed accordingly.
