(1) This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.201/2014 registered at Police Station Bankimongra, District Korba, for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 306/34 of the I.P.C.

(2) The applicants' first bail application was dismissed on merits by order of this Court dated 22.06.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 2063/2015.

(3) After hearing learned counsel for the parties and after going through the statement of prosecution witnesses, I do not find any new and good ground to entertain the second bail application, therefore, the second bail application is rejected.
